For the third edition of the Neuronknit Series, I'm going to talk about Hemp plants and how they are used to improve neuroplasticity and the hippocampus, and about how this plant stalk is used for fiber to create useful items for everyday use such as clothing and household items. I have created a knitting pattern with handspun hemp yarn and cashmere cotton to make some really beautiful hand or face towels and dinner napkins.
