Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses a disturbing story from North Texas that involves the ATF reopening an old case against a home based FFL (specifically Mr. Tom Harris of the Sporting Arms Co. of Lewisville, Tx) where they are now attempting to revoke his license for clerical errors that were already adjudicated by the ATF. Now, they are demanding that he surrender his license or face administrative revocation. But unlike many who would crumble under this type of pressure, Mr. Harris is telling the ATF "come and get it."
