This past weekend #45 posted on this social media site reminding viewers that he was and is covered by the Presidential Records Act and yet still complied with DOJ requests, etc. In that same post, he used the words "Joe Doesn't." The Universe was asked if the contention that #46 is even today not covered by the Presidential Records Act is accurate, plus other information and insights as deemed appropriate by the Universe.
