Illowa Irregulars introduced the State Record Stage at the 2023 Illinois State Championship. The State Record Stage is adapted from the more well-known World Record Stage, but with changes to target distance and gun order, and limited to one attempt only - during the match. While only Illinois residents can set a State Record, everyone is eligible to set a Club Record. This video shows Rusty Hammer recording the fastest time shot on the inaugural use of the State Record Stage at the 2023 Illinois State Championship in the Duelist category - 24.88 seconds, earning him the Club Record. #shorts
