You can do something against bad smells in your car with a clothespin or just generally install a small source of scent in your car, with a clothespin. How exactly this works, I show you in this video.

For this you need a wooden clothespin. On it you put some essential oil with a scent you like to smell. Now all you have to do is clamp this clothespin to your car. The ventilation system is a great place to do this.
