Sounds like a Simon Parkes or Charlie Ward follower. (Who I believe are complete frauds.)

We are led to believe that there is a COG Plan with the "Good Guys" just waiting for the bad guys to crash the world markets. Not buying it for a second. The bad guys are going to act like they are good and this new system will be good. It's a plan to get people to trust their new world government.
