Day 4 - Health

We are now simplifying our life and the one of best things about this is that you get to make it easier for yourself in every moment, you always have a choice

On day 1 we looked at Current Reality on your life, today we explore one of those areas and that is health.

Health is very simple, from an energetic level, health is when you are being. That feeling of bliss and peace is health.

Being from the fitness industry my experiences showed me that many people limit themselves with their approach to health and judge their health on their activity and nutrition.

Remember health is not an activity, it is a feeling. An activity is good for your health yet your energy is from the soul.

When we break health into smaller branches, it is easier to contribute to your health in many ways, allowing you to have less attachments to good/bad and more awareness on your feelings

n the last exercise with the wheel, we showed that if we focussed more attention on one point, it would have more influence on every other aspect of your life.

In reverse we can focus on many aspects to your health and bring more improvements to your overall health

Please take your time and answer these areas with your current reality

Focus attention on one area and experience many changes and in reverse, focus on many areas and allow that all to come back to your soul
