Kit tells us about how he felt after 2 Relax Far Infrared Sauna sessions.
"I felt really just light weight. I don't know how to explain that but it felt really good standing up out of it.
When I got out I felt just as clear of mind but very much present and aware of how I was feeling and it felt really good.
You would recommend it?
