Delicious homemade shawarma
the ingredients
3 large chicken breasts
4 chicken thighs
4 tablespoons of oil
1 medium onion
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of lemon zest
3 tablespoons of yogurt
2 tablespoons of paprika
1 teaspoon thyme
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon salt

Garlic ingredients
A quarter cup of starch
1 cup milk
Half a cup of water
1 teaspoon salt
Half a teaspoon of lemon salt
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
Half a cup of oil

Pickled cucumber
French fries

Notes
Soak the chicken in the marinade for at least 4 hours
Roast chicken pan for 70 minutes at 200°
