SpaceX Demo-1 Mission: Crew Dragon Returns to Earth Safely

On March 8, 2019, the SpaceX Crew Dragon spacecraft successfully returned to Earth after a historic mission to the International Space Station. The uncrewed capsule splashed down in the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Florida, completing a key test of SpaceX's new spacecraft, which is designed to carry astronauts to and from the ISS.
