Updates on 3 federal cases challenging Illinois gun laws

Bishop reviews the latest status of legal challenges to Illinois gun laws. There's no update on the Seventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals case on Illinois' gun and magazine ban. In the case challenging the state's law allowing lawsuits against the firearms industry, the judge assignments are going back and forth. With the case challenging the FOID card and lawsuit venue laws, the state has again asked for an extension in filing their answers to the lawsuit.
