Just days ago we saw the BRICS Summit announcement of invitations to join BRICS extended to several countries.
Argentina
Egypt
Ethiopia
Iran
Saudi Arabia
UAE
Here's a new development regarding Argentina. They have national elections this year in October and the two main front runners are opposed to Argentina joining BRICS.
