Classic Bronco tapping noise coming from front wheel, broken disc brake caliper slide bolt pin

I did my disc brake conversion about 10 years ago. Its the chevy style conversion for horsepower sales LLC. I had these slight tapping noise coming from the front tire for at least 4 years. I've gone up and down the mountains several times in that time span. The top caliper slide bolts snapped on both sides. The passenger side finally walked out far enough where it was tapping the rim. I decided to do the brake pads while I was there.
