Outcomes of the BRICS meeting, including announcement of the inclusion of Saudi Arabia and Iran, signal further dedollarization, says Andy Schectman, CEO and president of Miles Franklin. At the same time, banks are going net-long silver and massive amounts of silver is being transferred into the registered category. If the silver leaves the COMEX ecosystem, that is extremely bullish, Schectman says.
