Daily Chess play - 1335 - Blunder Queen to lose Game 2

Summary:
0:00 Game 1:
Move 29, I check and fork Rook on c8; Opponent moves King to c7 to allow me to take pawn on c6 and Rook on c8 for free. Opponent resigned soon after.

18:44 Game 2:
Move 21, check with Bishop on g4 and trade Bishop for pawn on f3 then take Rook on d8 as well. Move 47, I blunder Queen on g7. Move 49, Opponent promotes but I take Bishop on g7. I could have gone for a draw but I try for win but lose at the end.

38:45 Game 3:
Move 25, I blunder Rook on c1 but I get Knight in return. Couldn't stop pawns from promoting so lose the game.
