A Woman's insane "cheating contract" for partner has gone viral

TikToker Devon Motley and her boyfriend both signed a legal document that if anything goes wrong they could sue.

The contract has many stipulations such as:

‌
Requirements:

“Arguments must result in resolution, apology, and closing action of affection.”

“Location must always be turned on. Every call seen must be answered. You must call at least once a day with continuous contact throughout the day.”

‌
Violations:

“Cheating, of any kind, is not to be allowed.”

“Neglecting partners emotional or physical state is not allowed.”

“Slander against either party such as complaining about relationship or speaking poorly about partner isn’t allowed”

‌
Of course the document isn’t notarized, and isn’t actually legally binding, but that hasn’t stopped questions being raised about the relationship.
