Fitness Influencer Calls Out Prime Hydration

Popular fitness YouTuber James Smith has called out Logan Paul, claiming Prime Hydration is his biggest scam yet Smith rose to popularity over the last couple of years for his unfiltered tone when it comes to the fitness and diet industry.
Now he’s set his sights firmly on Prime Hydration, claiming that equivalents such as Gatorade and Powerade actually provide a far better result for re-hydrating. Smith called out Logan for claiming the lower Sugar and sodium content in Prime is beneficial and argues that the opposite is true as that’s what the body loses when sweating during exercise.
