Then Chuck Gets Pulled Over Again For Having A Warrant That Doesn't Really Exist Lawfully. A Baitcar Is A Car That Is Driven Around During Normal Use To Work To The Store Running Erands Normal Use and The Driver Always Goes Out Of His Way To Follow All Laws But For Some Reason Dirty Cops Always Take The Bait and Make Up Lies and Pull It Over Then They Get Exposed. Often They Will Return To Retaliate Because Thats What Dirty Cops Do.
