You're going to want to look at your cell phone bill closer because some cell phone companies are increasing their monthly rates if you're on an older plan. It starts this month for AT&T customers and impacts anyone on the now-retired "Unlimited Elite" plans. It's an extra $2.50 per line you'll have to pay.
