Chancellor's Report to the Great Monarch 014 - State of the World late August 2023

This is a series of videos I make where I play the fictional role of a chancellor advising the Great Monarch. I make twenty-three points about whatever subject matter I'm covering in the video. In this particular video, I ponder the possibility of the expansion of wars (the birth pangs) next month in September, with September 23rd, St Padre Pio's feast day, as a key date. But I relate this from a dream I had that saw (3/23 - 5/23 - 9/23) as three dates of interest, that is, month and year, as well as Fr. Oliveira's visions if they are to be believed, and the event of the Pope possibly visiting Moscow as his flight stops for refuelling coming back from Mongolia (as reported). Will it happen? We'll see... I'm not at all saying it will, I'm just informing of the possibility.
