Senator Mitch McConnell froze up for multiple seconds Wednesday during a forum in Covington. The Senate GOP leader was answering questions during the event when he said he couldn't hear the question. The Republican leader then stopped speaking before staring off into space for multiple seconds. After the ordeal, McConnell finished the press conference.
