Mosquitoes or spiders in the home are a nuisance! Especially the mosquitoes can rob you of sleep and when they bite, there are itchy pustules that bring you again around the sleep. But fortunately there is a suitable means to ward off mosquitoes and spiders. This is lavender! Because spiders and mosquitoes do not like lavender and will therefore stay away!

One way to get rid of the little beasts now would be to hang a lavender bag in the window. This smells strongly of lavender and can simply be hung in the window. Then the mosquitoes as well as the spiders should look for another apartment where they fly in.

It works even better with lavender oil, which you can put in a bowl with some water and put it in your apartment. You could also put this on the windowsill so that the mosquitoes avoid this place and thus do not even come into the apartment!

If you have a humidifier, you can also add some lavender oil to the water and let it run. This will also diffuse the lavender scent in the apartment. If you run the whole thing in the bedroom, you should find there as good as no more mosquitoes and spiders.
