Soak your towels in Vinegar and WATCH WHAT HAPPENS 💥

New towels are always wonderfully fluffy and soft, but over time they become rougher and harder! This is simply due to the lime in the water. When we wash our towels, they absorb the lime and thus become harder and harder. But instead of buying new towels, you can try the following trick!

All you need is a container in which you can put your towels, water and vinegar. We take water and vinegar in the ratio of 2 to 1. Say with 2 liters of water, 1 liter of vinegar comes with it. Depending on how many towels you want to soak, you have to adjust this amount. Now you also add your towels to the mixture.

Now we let the towels soak for about 12 hours. When the 12 hours are over, you can take the towels out of the water-vinegar mixture and wring them out properly. Now you only have to wash them once more normally, so that they are completely clean again.

The vinegar removes the lime from the towels and therefore they are really fluffy and soft again. So it does not have to be directly always new towels. With this ingenious household tip, you can also get old towels nice and soft again. This saves you a lot of money!

It is also important that you do NOT wash your towels with fabric softener, as this also makes the towels rough and hard.
