CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. -- United Launch Alliance's Director of East Coast Launch Operations, Tony Taliancich, discussed the importance of NASA's 2014 Exploration Flight Test 1 with SpaceFlight Insider's Jason Rhian in an exclusive interview.
