Another Mitch McConnell Freeze Up?

After a 20 minute speech earlier at an event in Covington, Kentucky, Senator Mitch McConnell was asked questions and appeared to freeze up for about 30 seconds and was unable to answer a question from a reporter.

This is the second time in a month that the senator appeared disoriented while speaking. Last march McConnell suffered a concussion after a dinner event when he fell and hit his head and broke a rib. He did not return to the Senate for almost six weeks, then appeared to walk slowly and his speech has sounded more halting.
