Normally, insulin comes into liver...
-store glucose as GLYCOGEN
-excess glucose into FAT--LIPOGENESIS
-stored in liver or
-emitted into blood as VLDL or LDL
When liver insulin resistant:
-still LIPOGENESIS
-RELEASES GLUCOSE into blood
"So, high blood sugar already;
-liver sends glucose back into blood;
-raises insulin MORE!"

Oral gum inflammation from gum disease...
-sends genuine inflammatory load
throughout body
-LIPOPOLYSACCHARIDE. pro-inflammatory
molecule, from common gum infection:
P-gingivalis:
"Very Pro-Inflammatory throughout body"
-starts cellular process creating
insulin resistance
Generally, insulin resistance begins in fat;
but, also in MOUTH!
