Hook: Mustad 3906B, #4 - 10
Thread: Wapsi UTC 210 Denier, Black
Weight: Gold Bead, 5/32 for size six hook
Tail: Round Rubber Legs, Orange, Medium
Body: Rayon chenille, Fine, Black
Hackle: Hen Saddle, Black

The Gill Killer is another local panfish pattern to the Northeast Indiana region. I was asked to tie some for a couple of people in that area and they mentioned that it is great for those warmwater species. It is a very simple fly that can be modified very easily to make it productive in many fishing situations (or just for fun). - - Enjoy
