Did Fidelity crash because they credit clients accounts with AMC shares that they never purchased?

I think fidelity is just the tip of the iceberg I think with the billions of counterfeit AMC shares out there lots of brokerage firms have shares sold to us not yet purchased into the Billions of dollars and it will crash entire market
