There are Two Worlds, Two Commonwealths, Two Constitutions. Non-Corporate or Corporate. One of them can not be changed by Citizens nor by Corporate (same same). The Non-Corporate only exists by Non-BodyCorporate Non-Citizens - > Subject of Australian Imperial Crown (in Their world called a 'National of the Australian Commonwealth' or Civillian).
