Neymar completes move to Saudi side Al Hilal

Neymar Jr. has completed his move from French giants Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) to ROSHN Saudi Pro League side Al Hilal for a fee in the region of 90 million Euros (98.15 million US dollars) plus add-ons.

The 31-year-old Brazil international has signed a two-year contract - which, according to reports, is believed to be in the region of 150 million Euros a year - and he becomes the latest high-profile soccer player to move to Saudi Arabia during the current transfer window.

An exit was likely after it appeared Neymar Jr. was not part of incoming head coach Luis Enrique's plans for PSG's new campaign.

He missed the French Ligue 1 side's season-opening goalless draw against Lorient on Saturday after training alone on Friday, with the club having said it was because he was recovering from a viral infection.

Neymar Jr., who signed for PSG from Barcelona for a world-record fee of 222 million Euros (242 million US dollars) six years ago, joined seven-time Ballon d'Or winner Lionel Messi in leaving the French capital.

Argentina's World Cup winner Messi was presented with an opportunity to make the switch to Al Hilal, but chose Major League Soccer side Inter Miami over a move to the Middle East.
