If your application and the mandatory reconsideration fail, there is the final appeal process via HM Courts, the Tribunal. A Judge and (usually) a medic review your claim, based on the evidence. DWP may or may not appear to present evidence, however mostly they fail to show. Tribunals currently have around 80% success rate.
