Does Grace End the Law?

King David committed adultery and murdered an innocent man. He broke two of the ten commandments, and this was his prayer.

Psalm 51:11
Do not cast me away from Your presence, And 👉do not take Your Holy Spirit from me.

YHWH did not cast him away from His presence and He did not take His Holy Spirit from King David. King David experienced the mercy and grace of YHWH, and King David still kept His commandments. He didn't stop keeping the commandments because of Grace. It was because of Grace, and his love for YHWH that he continued to obey. King David never boasted in the Law as his salvation, he knew only YHWH could and would provide atonement for his transgressions, not the blood of bulls and goats, but YHWH alone.
