David Limbrick MLC is trying to repeal the Victorian prohibition on Nuclear. That won't mean Victorian's can build nuclear power plants yet, because there's still a Federal ban in place, however the current Victorian ban actually stops Victoria from participating in the maintenance and housing of Australia's coming fleet of Nuclear Submarines, AND creates another hurdle to Nuclear power in the event the Federal ban is repealed. But will the bill get up?
