Baby Cat (2023) is what happens when you purposely try to make a Neil Breen kinda film.
Embarrassing green-screen & editing galore. However this is a self aware movie about a superhero women who acts like a cat for the majority of it. I can only assume the director had some kinks he wanted to be let be known to the world.
