The preacher curl isolates the biceps and reduces the involvement of other muscles, making it an effective exercise for building muscle mass and strength.
To perform this exercise, sit on a preacher bench with your armpit resting on the top of the bench and your arm extended over the bench. Hold a dumbbell in one hand with your palm facing up.
