You may be familiar with the HFGCS from Priyom, Numbers Stations, Wikipedia, etc. and know about EAMs and even Skyking messages, but this video is about another type of message that little documentation exists about – 8888 messages. Are these uniquely formatted and incredibly rare messages the codes used by US strategic command to launch the American ICBM arsenal?
