Anger in Blighttown - Dark souls Randomizer Fog/Item/Enemy (7)

This is my 1st time actually trying to beat Dark souls with the fog, enemy and items randomizer combined together. enemies are not scaled, I can't escape boss fights and the Lord Souls + Lord Vessel are hiding somewhere in Lordran. Can I do this?
