A 6-year-old Southwest Florida girl sells lemonade to help terminally sick cousin

Abigale Gulli is counting down the days until she opens her first lemonade stand of the summer. However, instead of pocketing the cash to buy new toys, the 6-year-old Cape Coral resident will be donating 100% of the proceeds to her 7-month old nephew, Lukas Smith, fighting for his life at Nicklaus Children's Hospital in Miami.
