Is Ukraine a Corrupt Country?

If we look at Ukraine and ask "Is the country corrupt?" We must answer, "yes." The nation continues to seize assets. The courts continue to be for sale. Money is being laundered in a variety of ways. Is President Zelensky doing something about it? Yes. but that doesn't change the nature of the nation.
