It was a successful week on the farm. I was glad to get to continue participating in the #everybitcountschallenge that @threerivershomestead puts on every August. I wasn't sure how much I might accomplish some days,.... but as the theme of this challenge goes... every bit counts.... and I was able to utilize every bit of the food that was gathered this week!
