TRIAL COUNTDOWN: Charlie Adelson | Part 2 #justicefordanmarkel

Welcome back to part 2 of Trial Countdown: Charlie Adelson, a series I created in preparation of Charlie Adelson's trial for the murder of his ex brother-in-law, FSU Law Professor Dan Markel. It has been confirmed that Charlie's trial will begin on October 23, 2023 (jury selection). In today's video, I revisit the testimony of Jeffrey LaCasse, who was Wendi Adelson's serious boyfriend just up until days before Dan's murder on July 18, 2014. I discuss Jeff's prior testimony in the 2019 and 2022 trials, and my opinion on what we may see from him at Charlie's upcoming trial.

As always, Charlie Adelson is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
