1-Patriots arrived at the US Capitol to protest at 1:00 PM on January 6th, in support of the decertification occurring inside on the House floor.

2-USCP, and then MPD, began firing on these protestors with chemical and explosive munitions just minutes later, with NO warning.

3-Police violated civil rights by never giving warnings, and orders to disperse required by DC First Amendment Assemblies Statute 5331.07.

Police munitions shown in this video occurred BEFORE a riot was declared at 1:49 PM, and BEFORE The Capitol was 'stormed' from 2:10 – 2:30 PM.
