From Fresh to Forever: Freeze-Drying Shredded Carrots & Zucchini

In this video, we're going to show you how to freeze-dry shredded carrots and zucchini. This is a great way to preserve food and extend the shelf life of your vegetables!

It is that time of year where everything in the garden is at peak and we need to preserve the bounty. One of our favorite ways to preserve both Carrots and Zucchini is to shred them and then Freeze Dry. They come out light, airy and are really easy to replace them in any baking recipe that calls for shredded Carrots or Zucchini with no extra effort.
