He talks about how the chap he talks about should get money from Alex Belfield. The question is, does Alex Belfield have much cash left, and if not, is there even any point bothering to try to claim financial damages?

But is it not right that if you seek damages you should prove that you have been damaged, otherwise one presumes anyone could claim damages even if they have not met Alex Belfield. In this case, my understaning that Alex Belfield was convicted of a crime against this chap.

Indeed have we not just seen a case against a USA actor come to nothing as it was reported that the people were not telling the truth to get money.

One is also uncomfortable that we see others who commit what many may consider far worse crimes, simply get a telling off and no prison sentence, or one that is far less long.

It will be interesting to see if all the 'kind' people on YouTube, will, once Alex Belfield leaves prison, spend a lot of time trying to get Alex Belfield banned from such as YouTube and also stop him from doing his stand up at places. As after all for some reason they can harass and stalk Alex Belfield and not see the irony in what they do.

On a side note, regardless of if you like or do not like Alex Belfield the question should be, should the police have broken down his door the way they did. And how they seemed to treat Alex Belfield.

This post is not a pro Alex Belfield or anti Alex Belfield. It is simply to post thoughts on the subject.

But while I did not agree with him about a lot he said, I did listen as he was entertaining, and refreshing to most presenters who put on this lets be kind rubbish, only later then we find they are not nice and they are fake, such as the presenter who it was reported had an affair when his wife or girlfriend was about to give birth.
