While the recent change in ownership of Builderall provides an opportunity for new leadership to overhaul the company's technical support policies, I remain cautiously optimistic that improvements will be made when it comes to responsiveness to bug reports. Despite my past disappointing experiences of waiting many months for simple fixes, the acquisition could inject new priorities and resources towards customer service issues. If the new owners make concerted efforts to prioritize platform bugs and have proven track records of excellent service, there is hope that problems may be addressed faster under updated policies and procedures. I aim to withhold judgement and give the new management a chance to fix systemic issues. With a fresh perspective and focus on customer satisfaction, they have the capability to facilitate positive changes in company culture that better serve users. While the depth of improvements remains to be seen, I am willing to patiently monitor technical support in the months following the transition and provide feedback on any progress made. I believe there is potential for customers to finally experience the timely bug fixing that we deserve.
