In the first place, if your employer is paying your salary, it means you are creating more value for them than trouble. Your salary is your reward for the value you bring to the organisation. So take the salary and apportion it to spend on your financial obligations and things to Njoy. And, unless you want to stay in the organisation forever, take a portion of the salary to fund your side hustle.

But you have to be honest and act with integrity. That side hustle must not affect your performance at your new job.
