Canada's international student program was the best in the world before Trudeau arrived

Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre lambastes Sean Fraser, Liberal housing minister and former immigration minister, for suggesting a cap on international student visas to alleviate the current housing pressure in Canada.

"He is the worst immigration minister in my lifetime. And what is his punishment? He’s been promoted to housing minister. How are we ever going to fix housing with such an incompetent minister as Sean Fraser."
