GRADING with the TRACTOR to Plant an ORCHARD | Couple builds off grid homestead

Welcome back friends! Today Mike is working mostly by himself grading behind the chicken coop and then adding some top soil so we can plant our apple pear and cherry trees. Can't wait for these to grow and get a good harvest next year!!! Subscribe, we have so much happening, like building and learning to use our sawmill, building a bunkie for Amanda to work out of, and clearing more land to get the foundation poured for our house build. On Our Forest Homestead, we are building an off grid homestead from scratch in Nipissing Ontario, growing zone 4b. We will be building a house, and garden, shop/barn, and getting more animals. All while learning and growing along the way. Our goal is to grow an entire Christmas dinner, and as many other meals from scratch as possible, on our little piece of paradise. Come along.
