Breaking Down ATF's New Rule: A Backdoor to Universal Background Checks

The ATF released a new rule based on the previously passed Bipartisan Safer Communities Act which redefined what it meant to be "engaged in the business" of firearms sales and an executive order by Joe Biden trying to limit personal sales as much as possible.

On the surface, it may seem reasonable, but once you get into the details of the rule, including listing all the ways you can try to sell your personal firearms which will make the government "presume" you are engaging in the business, you will see how nefarious this is.

It is an attempt to get as close to universal background checks as possible by making people too scared to sell their personal collection face to face by making just about any task associated with selling part of "engaging in the business."
