Did Russia Send a Hospital Ship to Hawaii?

The @hi_armynationalguard and @hawaiiairnationalguard and JTF-50 have been eating in hurricane relief since the start of the disaster and has been doing an excellent job.
There has been no notification on TASS that Russia has attempted send relief. You can read the TASS website at TASS.com.
